Blue Vault 2016 Broker Dealer Summit App
The Blue Vault Summit app is a convenient way to review everything you need to know about this year’s meeting! The event app will enable you to create your own schedule, view handouts, review sponsors, complete the event and session surveys and much more!
To download the Blue Vault 2016 Meeting app on your smart phone or tablet:
1.) Visit the App Store or Google Play Store
2.) Type in Blue Vault to search for the meeting app by Lumi Technologies.
3.) Apple: Click on the “Get” and “Install” buttons to download the app.
Android: Click on “Install” button
4.) Once it has downloaded, click on “open” to open the app.
To access the Mobile Web version of the Blue Vault 2016 Meeting app on your PC, visit https://bluevault.quickmobile.center/login/index
5.) Login to the event app.
Username: First Initial (capital) and First 4 letters of last name (first letter capital)
Password: Last name (first letter capital)
IE: John Anderson
Username: JAnde
Password: Anderson
6.) Once you are on the home page click on the three lines in the upper left hand corner to bring out the slide out menu with the app modules. Click on any module. You are now all to set to enjoy the great features!
Highlighted App Features
Now that you have successfully downloaded the Blue Vault Meeting app, below are tips on how to use some of the great features the conference app has to offer.
My Notes
You can take notes any time using the My Notes feature. Click on the My Notes feature from the slide out menu to view and edit notes you have taken or start a new note. To start writing a new note, click on the symbol in the top right corner, which takes you to the New Note to begin typing. When finished simply hit save. You can also add a note from a specific session by clicking on the note button in the top right corner of the session details page.
My Agenda
You can select certain sessions and add them to “My Agenda” module to create your own personalized agenda. When you are viewing the Agenda Module, click on the session you would like to add to your personal schedule. Then click on the plus sign in the upper right hand corner of the screen to add that session to your “My Agenda” feature in the app, or to add it to your native device calendar.
My Briefcase
You can save Documents and add them to “My Briefcase” and then email them to yourself to view at a later date. To do this, click on the “Documents” module, click on the Document you wish to select, and click on the + in the upper right hand corner to add to My Briefcase.
To email the documents to yourself: Click on the “My Briefcase” module, then click on the envelope in the upper right hand corner to email the documents.
