US Hotel Occupancy Remains Flat at 57.3% in Week Ended April 24 – STR

U.S. hotel occupancy in the week ended April 24 stayed flat from the prior week at 57.3%, according to STR, which tracks the hospitality industry.
The average daily rate slightly increased from the previous week at $108.10, while revenue per available room finished the week at $61.93.
Tampa, Fla., booked the highest occupancy of the top 25 markets at 73.7%, followed by Miami at 72.0%. The markets with the two lowest occupancy rates were San Francisco/San Mateo, Calif., at 41.0% and Washington, D.C., at 42.8%.
