Owl Rock Capital Corporation II Announces Increase in NAV and Offering Price

On April 15, 2020, Owl Rock Capital Corporation II (the “Company”) increased its public offering price from $8.74 per share to $8.80 per share. The increase in the public offering price will be effective as of the Company’s April 15, 2020 weekly closing and first applied to subscriptions in good order from April 9, 2020 through April 15, 2020.
In accordance with the Company’s previously disclosed share pricing policy, the Company determined that an increase in the public offering price per share was warranted following an increase in the Company’s net asset value per share to $8.36 as of April 15, 2020. As a result of the increase in the Company’s public offering price, the maximum sales load and net proceeds per share will be approximately $0.44 per share and $8.36 per share, respectively.
Since commencing its initial public offering and through April 15, 2020, the Company has issued 123,674,573 shares of common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $1.14 billion, including seed capital contributed by Owl Rock Capital Advisors LLC (the “Adviser”) in September 2016 and approximately $10 million in gross proceeds raised from certain individuals and entities affiliated with the Adviser.
