University Parkway is planned as a three- and four-story, garden-style multifamily community that will emphasize modern living spaces and high-end resident amenities, with a focus on both efficiency and long-term asset performance.
Situated just 10 minutes from Downtown Lawrenceville, the county seat and a robust regional employment center, University Parkway will offer direct access to I-85, Atlanta’s primary employment corridor. The development’s strategic location also leverages proximity to the Rowen development, a transformative 2,000-acre master-planned initiative dedicated to advancements in agricultural investment, healthcare, and science.
