The addition marks Go Store It’s 97th location, further solidifying its position as a leader in the privately owned self-storage industry.

The facility has been developed in phases since 1983 and comprises eleven single-story buildings with metal interior partitions. The amenities include a sliding gate with keycode access control, on-site resident manager’s quarters, 24-hour video surveillance, well-lit aisles and security lighting, landscaping and wide drive aisles.
Strong demographics were a selling point of this property, with a population of 40,672 in a 5-mile radius and an average household income of $80,925. The climate-controlled saturation is a low 2.0 square feet per capita, ensuring demand for quality storage solutions.
